At Fragrant Plants Shop, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the details below to understand how to proceed.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please note that certain products, such as live plants (e.g., Camellias, Clematis Vines, Gardenias), are non-returnable due to their perishable nature. If you receive a damaged or defective plant, please contact us immediately at [email protected] for assistance.
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact Us: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline & Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be processed through PayPal. For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to your card.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Fragrant Plants Shop.
